Hack FB Account Learning

I am looking to hack a facebook account of my partners rapist, police doing nothing about it so dealing it with myself.

I have possibly found their FB account but no pictures and account appears to be locked down, so not sure if it is theres or not. Looking for sources to do this myself as can't really afford to pay as might not be the account that I am after.
